Position: Front Office Duty Manager
With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Duty Manager, to join the Front Office team at One&Only The Palm Hotel, Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our reception area ensuring our guest satisfaction is to the highest standard through supporting and working with our company procedures & policies.
- In this position you will report to the Front Office Manager and directly supervise shifts of up to 10 colleagues at a time.
Requirements:
- Proven experience within a 5-star hotel or resort environment
- Demonstrate experience in a supervisory capacity within a front office department
- Can make sound independent decisions and deal with guests and colleagues at all levels
- You will also display sound communication skills and have confident and mature persona
- Fluency in English Language is essential and a second language such as French, German, or Arabic would be an advantage
