FM CAD Operator

Job Description
We have an opportunity for a CAD Operator to join our team at Churchill Hospital. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. The salary for this role is £30,000 – £35,000 per annum This is a dedicated role to ensure that the O&M data library inclusive of the CAD database and data sheets is updated, as per contractual requirements, and assist the Hard FM team with the management of small works / variations

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the CAD dataset, master drawings and O&M suite of documents are audit ready at all times in alignment with the definition set out in the contract
• Maintaining capital project information into the maintenance records i.e. liaising with external consultants/contractors, PFI Estates Capital Teams, NHS FM Estates teams and the in-house projects offices
• Liaise with the project teams to ensure that all contract variations are captured and updated on the required formats across the contract inc updating the RDS
• Responsible for identifying and resolving discrepancies between ‘As built structures’ and drawings

Requirements:

• Proficient in the use of AutoCAD system & enhanced in manipulating and modifying M&E drawings
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
