Job Description:
The Finance Department is responsible for managing all the financial aspects of EXPO 2020. The department functions include planning organizing, auditing, accounting for and controlling finances, as well as reporting and producing financial statements.

Responsibilities:

1. Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment;
2. Processing invoices in SAP for payments in a timely and accurate manner;
3. Routing invoices to appropriate staff for review and receipt of services;
4. Researching invoice and payment discrepancies;
5. Provide timely and accurate responses to accounts payable inquiries;
6. Ensure that all payments transfers are approved and processed

Requirements:

1. 1+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable in an accountant position, as well as.
2. A bachelor’s degree within a relevant field
3. SAP Experience is a must;
4. Strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Word;
5. Experience within the real estate / construction / major events industries is preferable;
