Expo 2020 is a World Expo to be hosted by Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, originally scheduled for 20 October 2020 – 10 April 2021. However due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the new dates are 1 October 2021 – 31 March 2022

Job Description
Associate – Corporate Archive is responsible for assisting the Manager – Corporate Archive in all aspects of the running of the Corporate Archive

Responsibilities:

1. Raise awareness about the need to keep significant records
2. Support initiatives promoting awareness
3. Co-ordinate with Departments and Functional Areas regarding identification, classification and transfer of records
4. Liaise with personnel (Corporate Archive Champions) across all Expo 2020 Departments and Functional Areas on status of their records
5. Oversee the transfer of archival records to the Corporate Archive

Requirements:

1. A bachelors degree within a relevant field
2. Ability to work independently and as an effective team member in a fast-paced collaborative environment
3. Computer skills, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
4. Excellent communication skills
