Job Description

• Support daily General Manager Assistant operations
• Support the preparation and organization of meetings and events related to the General Manger. (e.g. fairs, internal meetings), as well as visits from Bosch top-management or external delegations
• Facilitate the coordination between different business divisions
• Maintain our intranet pages and regularly update/generate new contents

Requirements:

• Bachelor or master degree in business administration or equivalent
• Fluent English, German/Arabic is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and Power Point
• High level of accuracy and flexibility
• Ability to deal with different cultures at all levels of the organization
