Job Description
The postholder will join the Operations Resourcing Hub for MENA South. The purpose of this role is to deliver effective day to day procurement management services to the Exams operations, ensuring venue availability, contingency and pipeline to meet demand through the contracts management across all venues

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and support the resourcing of Exam Venues in Dubai & NE
2. Manage relationship with all Dubai & NE venue partners to ensure quality and compliance of venues as per QCA and board standards
3. Contracts management of all examination venues in UAE
4. Responsible for the procurement of all Exams operational requirements for the MENA South Cluster
5. To ensure all Exams procurement activities are as per Corporate Procurement policy and agreed timelines to meet business requirements

Requirements:

1. Bachelor Degree in relevant field
2. Recognized purchasing qualification(ex:CIPS) is desirable
3. Fluency in English is essential
4. Relevant working experience for 2 years in a similar environment
5. Experience of working with remote teams
