Job Description
As a Europe Brand Incubation Manager, you will be a part of the Merchandising Business Development and Strategy team which is focused on developing key initiatives with corresponding financial plans to optimize growth in North America & Worldwide. You will be responsible for introducing, incubating, and launching brands into the Europe market. Reporting directly to VP, Global Merchandising Business Development

Responsibilities:

1. Shape future phases of global expansion for brand partners, developing first-step onboarding & scale-up efficiencies in collaboration with the VP of Merchandising Business Development & Strategy and the Chief Merchandising Officer
2. Project management of holistic program, including creation of calendar & milestones, driving reoccurring check-ins & leading executive leadership updates

Requirements:

1. 5-10 years Merchant/Buyer experience
2. Experience with Global markets
3. Experience incubating and launching brands
4. Big thinker who is detail-oriented, but able to connect details back to business goals
5. Stellar communication/relationship skills – you can present complex information to audiences ranging from internal partners to brands to executives and leave them informed and inspired
