Job Description
Karen Millen & Coast are currently looking for a Email Marketing Executive to join the digital marketing team. This is key role within the team and reports into the Email Marketing Manager. You’ll be responsible for the day to day execution of the email campaigns for both Karen Millen & Coast brands.

Responsibilities:

1. Support the Email Marketing Manager in the day-to-day planning and execution of our global email marketing communications
2. Be passionate about all digital communication our subscribers receive, ensuring they are commercially strong, visually engaging across devices, and relevant to our subscriber base
3. Support in creating the email marketing plan in line with the marketing & trading calendar, using trading & product knowledge to ensure emails are commercially driven, relevant and targeted
4. Day-to-day ownership of the email marketing process, including end-to-end co-ordination from planning to briefing Design & Content teams, through to email build, sending using our ESP, and reporting
5. Work with our ESP (Email Service Provider) ensuring we are using the technologies to its full potential, becoming the internal super-user of the systems

Requirements:

1. Experience using an ESP with a previous role in fashion retail beneficial.
2. Highly organised, great attention to detail and work well under pressure
3. Customer centric thinker with an analytical mind set.
4. Passionate for digital marketing and understanding of the newest industry developments
5. Ambitious and driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines
