Job Description
Through your passion and motivation, you make memorable experience to guests who stay in your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bond with your guests

Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage the online content and all platforms presence through Internet providers and content about the hotel
• Responsible for successful implementation of any e-commerce campaigns
• Manage the social media with comment, content, pictures, etc.
• Maintain the hotel and e-commerce data bases in accordance with Accorhotel guidelines
• Ensure that the pictures and hotel descriptions are regularly updated and up to date on social media

Requirements:

• Relevant experience is an asset
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
