Position: Sr Technical Operator – Enterprise Command & Control Centre
Dubai, UAE
- Responding to changes in traffic conditions by changing systems and coordinating with institutions.
- Recording and updating any event or incident in time and in the appropriate system
- Coordinating with security (such as Dubai Police) in the event of something out of the ordinary regarding the transport network
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / Higher Diploma in Business Administration / Management Information Systems from a recognized university
- Three to five years of experience working in an operations environment
