Position: Documentation Specialist
Dubai, UAE
The position will ensure that all customs clearance processes for inbound and outbound  operations run efficiently and make sure that correct details are provided for Customs Bills creation and thereby enabling the achievement of service standards and customer satisfaction

Responsibilities:

• Perform the daily operational customs clearance for both import and export.
• Prepare Customs documentation eg. Certificate of Origin, SASO etc.
• Identify potential customs and/or tax planning opportunities and implement plans to take advantage of such opportunities.

Requirements:

• College graduate with major in finance, International or business (strongly preferred) or equivalent experience – Required
• At least 3 years’ experience in preparing customs documents and customs declaration – Strongly Preferred
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
