Job Description
- Support Document Control Office to provide end to end document lifecycle management services
- Receive, Record, Track and Close the documents in the Ticketing system as per the agreed SLAs
- Provide customer service for all the internal customers & external customers and suppliers in the areas of queries and issue management
- Respond and resolve queries and update on the transactional processing in coordination with Internal and External stakeholders
- Report documents and queries status to the Team Lead
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
