Job Description
The Director – HR will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resources Department

Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in HR restructuring, organization chart, departments and individuals;
• Strong background in employment, employee relations, benefits, wage and salary, employee training, HSE, and government regulations visa processing and Immigration;
• Implementing initiatives related to Employee Engagement Survey, KPI, Team Building activities, Rewards & Recognition, and any other initiatives that are deemed necessary to create a highly motivated and performing culture.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science and other related field, preferably a CIPD holder
• At least 10 years previous experience in HR and spent at least 5 years in managerial roles preferably in Aviation/Hospitality Industry
• With broad experience about UAE Labor Laws
