Position: Director, Engineering
The Director of Engineering ensures the efficient operation of the Engineering Department and supports all other operating departments. Manage all engineering operations and projects for interior/exterior facilities including electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, heating/cooling, structural, ground care and parking areas.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice to senior management on all aspects of engineering pre-opening status and engineering operations, including project support, environmental controls and the operational efficiency of the property.
• Plan, implement and administer a five-year Capital Plan, which is updated annually against Hotels Group Divisional Capital funding allocations.
• Lead the environmental and Sustainability program and liaise with relevant personnel to achieve goals.
