Job Description

• Responsible for the Etisalat Smiles (Ecommerce Lifestyle Marketplace) program’s overall performance, including acquisition, engagement levels, turnover, revenues & profitability across multiple product & services streams ranging from Food Delivery, Online Grocery, Dining, Shopping, Wellness, Entertainment and more
• Accountable for the Smiles roadmap in terms of key projects, product propositions, strategic & tactical initiatives, operations, analytics and go-to-market communication
• Responsible for developing and maintaining a partner network for the Smiles Marketplace via aggregators and direct relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing (Master’s preferred) with 10+ years of total experience with at least 5+ years of experience in Loyalty program management at agency or client organization
