Job Description
Etihad is recruiting two PSS Cutover Project Managers. Reporting to the Cutover Lead the Project Managers will have responsibility for the successful compilation and execution of significant elements of the Etihad PSS Cutover Plan. These sections of plan will feed into the overall cutover plan which will be a large multi stream migration plan, consisting of several thousand lines of tasks, covering many months of preparation and rehearsal activities building up to the main cutover event and early life support

Responsibilities:

• Part of a small team that will develop, maintain, and execute assigned project plans, which will feed into the overall cutover plan.
• Lead detailed project planning workshops to reach agreement on the tasks to be undertaken
• Engage with the incumbent supplier , the new supplier and other third parties to ensure their activities are aligned and responsibilities are clear
• Proactively manage the resolution of planning choices, conflicts, and ambiguities
• Define clear project readiness stage gates with agreed entry and exit criteria

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience of a similar role on several occasions in an airline environment
• Previous experience highlighting effective stakeholder management across multiple streams, products and teams.
