Job Description
Coordinator is responsible to responsible in enhancing the smooth import, export & operations to assist the team. Provide administrative and operational support within the department

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for collating all the information needed to complete the clearance
• Ensures all details are correct and accurate, following the Custom requirements of UAE
• Contacts with UAE Custom and Clearing agencies
• Follow up with relevant Custom Clearance procedures so that work is carried out in consistent and controlled manners
• Prepares payable / receivable reports to submit in accounting department
• Informs the Clearance Deputy Manager for all custom transportations and documentation
• Promotes and maintains confidentiality of information in the Company

Requirements:

• 4 years Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline/ Diploma in similar field
• At least 2 – 4 years’ experience in the same filed
• Good Command in English & Arabic (communicating, writing and speaking)
• Proven experience of clerical practices and procedures
