Responsibilities:

1. ​Primarily be responsible for Customer Operations team members
2. Drives operational excellence
3. Creates an environment that cares for our frontline team members and celebrates the team successes
4. Leads airport team to perform their work in a safe, efficient manner and in compliance with Federal, state and local regulations including DOT, FAA and other government agencies
5. Provides frontline team exceptional support through a variety of mechanisms in order for them to deliver superior customer service

Requirements:

1. ​High School diploma or GED equivalency
2. ​Previous airport customer service experience
3. 2 years experience leading others
4. Knowledge of company policies and procedures and functional automation applications
5. ​Ability to bring out the best performance in the workforce through proactive employee engagement and support for an inclusive working environment
