Position: Customer Service Coordinator
The customer service coordinator maintains the main reception area in the Dubai Government Media Office to support the office work, by receiving visitors, coordinating visits to the office, answering phone calls, and scheduling meetings.
- Participate in the development and implementation of plans and budgets for the Department of Institutional Support, in accordance with what is required by the institutional objectives.
- Work under the terms of reference of the Human Resources and Administrative Affairs Department and work procedures in order to achieve the highest standards of performance.
- Ensure adherence to policies, institutional procedures, and quality standards in the Human Resources and Administration Department
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Diploma/Higher Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources.
The Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities (IACAD) was established in 1969 by the late ruler of Dubai HH Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum
