Position: Customer Service Administrator
Abu Dhabi, UAE
Manage and own the MICE events, STPC and Stopover proposition for the company. Plan, coordinate, control and develop the day to day management, resourcing and operations to guarantee consistent high-quality Guest booking and fulfillment experience
- Own and manage the MICE events, STPC and Stopover process and budget
- Managing booking queries from trade and direct customers
- Liaising with global sales, agents and operational stakeholders
- Manage global coordination and operations of requests for FIT/groups
- Ensure all finance processes are followed for MICE events, STPC & Stopover
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service
- Good Communication skills – written and verbal
- Knowledge of Project Management/ Event Management/ Group handling/ Accommodation booking/ Sporting Business is a benefit
