Position: Customer Marketing Executive
Cigna Europe has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Marketing Executive, reporting to the Customer Marketing Manager – Acquisition and Retention. The role is integral to the success of the Europe Business, as its purpose is to drive increased customer value and profitability from existing customers through marketing

Responsibilities:

• Execute and deliver cross-sell/up-sell/renewal marketing programmes to capitalise on the opportunities identified
• Engage with other functions, for example Digital, Product, Sales and Operations, to support activities identified and embed in the business.
• Support the utilisation of A:B testing campaigns to assess effectiveness of communication method and content.
• Work closely with the product team on the marketing of new product features or solutions that help achieve our cross-sell and up-sell objectives.
