Job Description
Work of Customer Experience & Fulfilment Manager is to be the Specialist in enhancing the experience via available channels for customers and optimize the delivery of best delivery to customers. Along side being able to create, execute performance marketing strategy for managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns with the aim to provide best experience to customers

Responsibilities:

• Working with the teams to enhance the digital journeys and approach for enhancing customer experience
• Manage Expenses:  (AED 6.5 Mn budget – subject to approval)
• Generate Net Revenue:  AED 11.2 million
• Serve as a specialist in Customer experience journeys via digital channels
• Bridges the gap between for the customer ensuring that each touchpoint across the customer journey is engaging, efficient, and effective
• Manage the development & maintenance of Gen-Y online presence 

Requirements:

• An understanding of online advertising  landscape include: Paid Search, Aggregators, Programmatic, Display Ads, Engagement Ads, Rich Ad formats, social media listening tools, web analytics, etc..
• Skills/Qualifications: JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3
  
  
• Software: Web Editing applications, Angular JS, Adobe CS, expertise on JOOMLA, WORD PRESS, Qualitrics and other CMS applications. UX/UI Development  experience
• In-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing operations including UX / UI Content marketing, advertising, E-Commerce, Usability.
