Job Description
The Customer Experience Director is responsible for establishing and driving the regional customer experience organization to improve profitability of existing base business, ensure customer satisfaction and retention, and ensure renewal rate.
The role is focused on retention and value expansion while ensuring economic profitability of operations

Responsibilities:

• Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with quality system requirements
• Full revenue responsibility for the region including forecasting and target performance achievement
• Ensure that the Customer Experience Organization of the region achieves intended results on time by tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Responsible for managing solution portfolio and resource allocation

Requirements:

• Educated to degree level in a science discipline or equivalent
• 6+ years of UAE and Gulf experience working preferably in diagnostics industry handling government and private accounts
• Fluency in English and Arabic
• Successful engagement with customers, specifically Senior Management and key stakeholders
