In collaboration with our internal partners help to make emirates an employer of choice by providing an amazing employee experience for our People.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively analyse workforce trends and capture insights from the voice of our employees to outline opportunities that drive growth, retention, productivity, and happiness.
• Promote best practices in establishing employee and behavioural measurement frameworks and benchmarks to drive consistency across the Group.
• Help the business to leverage employee experience and engagement to drive operational, financial and people related outcomes. Develop a strategy to scale behaviour change across the Group.

Requirements:

•  Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent): Minimum Bachelor level qualification in a related field, preferably within Organisational Psychology or equivalent Masters level qualification would be an asset
• 8+ years progressive experience in a culture change or employee engagement role
•  Strong people analytics capability and behavioural science would be an advantage
