Position: CRM Manag
You will be responsible for the full execution and performance of the B2B & B2C Relationship Marketing activities within your designated customer segment, across the Northern European market, spanning 31 countries. 

Responsibilities:

  • You will support translation and validation activity across all web levers and languages
  • You will take care of all day-to-day operations for our Guest Relationship Marketing-activities for a designated customer segment across the Northern European region
  • You will establish regular A/B testing within our ICP schedule to help further foster a “test & learn”-approach within our team

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the CRM/GRM, Loyalty and/or Marketing field. 
  • Strong communicator with a customer-centric approach and great organizational skills.

  • Degree in Business, with a focus on Marketing and/or Communications.
