Job Description
Support the CRM team with the development and execution of the CRM marketing strategy, with the aims of improving customer retention and purchase frequency

Responsibilities:

• Support the CRM team with the preparation, production & deployment of weekly emails
• Weekly email performance analysis as well as monthly competitor analysis
• Support the CRM team with setting up and tracking campaign KPIs
• Work closely with the Brand team to develop and adapt campaign toolkits
• Work closely with the Legal team to gain emails’ approval and to ensure GDPR compliance in all emails

Requirements:

• Passionate about gaining hands-on experience of CRM
• Digitally savvy with previous experience in CRM desirable, but not mandatory
• Competent in MS office suite
