Looking for a career opportunity?  Come join Wood as a Cost Controller in Dickinson, ND.   Wood offers health benefits, 401k, vacation and more.  The cost controller works in daily collaboration with other Finance Analysts, Operations Specialists, Engineers, Supply Chain professionals, and other functional specialists as required, to build a sufficient understanding of the asset spend in order to produce cost tracking and analysis products.

Responsibilities:

1. Monthly spend reporting for O&M Organization
2. Preparation of data for monthly accruals utilizing Microsoft Excel and SAP
3. Work with Invoice Processing Group to ensure correct coding is on invoices
4. Analyze work orders and AFE cost reports to ensure items are being charged out correctly and creating journal entries when necessary
5. AFE complete well cost for new wells online (specifically Artificial Lift Costs)

Requirements:

1. 3+ years of experience as a cost/finance analyst
2. Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate with various groups in the organization.
3. Experience in Microsoft Excel to manipulate data with pivot tables, graphs and formulas for reporting.
4. Knowledge of accounting principles, AFEs and data analytics.
5. Knowledge of SAP navigation. Will utilize SAP to search for work orders and notifications, pulling cost reports for monthly spend reporting and creating JEs
