Job Description
Dow Jones is seeking an experienced full-time Corporate Paralegal to join the Dow Jones Legal Department in New York. In addition to serving as a corporate paralegal, a small portion of this role will provide general support to the General Counsel

Responsibilities:

• Review of marketing materials and advertising creative for legal compliance
• Maintenance of sales and vendor contract forms
• Assistance with managing contract database
• Preparation and review of global corporate governance filings and materials
• Corporate governance monitoring and controls

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• A paralegal certificate
• At least 3 years of experience as a corporate paralegal at a law firm or corporate legal department
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication, organizational and follow-up skills
