Job Description
The Procurement Coordinator is responsible to oversee Brand Specific Equipment/Interior Fit Out Materials Procurement, placing orders with 3rd party vendors/suppliers and to track logistics of delivery of Brand Concept Specific equipment and materials to site.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Procurement Manager. Coordinate with Design Managers / Project Implementation Managers on Procurement Requirements based on General Arrangement Plans / Finishing Schedules 
• Manage the end to end Procurement Processes based on delivered Design Packages and Specifications under the supervision of Procurement Manager. 
• Drive the initiatives with regards to Local Production and Sourcing of Materials / Equipment / Services / Local Procurement
• Communicate and place orders with suppliers / manufacturers based on quantity requirements by project

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Business administration  or relted field
• 5 years experience Procurement and Logistic, preferably in Retail industry
• Project management experience in interior architecture/design/Construction/Project Management Office environment
• Skilled in MS Office, On-line Procurement Systems, SAP/ARIBA and Quantity Surveying Soft Ware.
• Exceptional Market Knowledge on Building Material Rates
• Administration Skills and Office Management Skills
