Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for monitoring the competitive landscape from a global perspective and leading the retailer presentation project.
• The position also supports the Executive Director of Global Marketing in various brand analyses projects, strategic initiatives, and brand communication.
• Performs competitive business analysis and launch trends in preparation for new launches and yearly innovation process
• Prepares marketing and concept briefs for key departments (Creative, Photography, Visual Merchandising, Copy)

Requirements:

• College degree, 2+ years of work experience in marketing (cosmetics preferred).
• Knowledge of competitive marketplace, digital, and in-store environment.
