Job Description
We are looking for a Construction Manager to join us and execute planned projects located in Nashville, TN. The employee will work alongside our local team of construction professions to perform

Responsibilities:

1. Assist construction manager and supporting staff with the overall administration of field construction contracts
2. Observe and document field and construction activities related to construction improvements of municipal wastewater facilities
3. Monitoring contractor activities for conformance with the approved contract documents including specifications, drawings, and schedules
4. Ensure that inspection documentation accurately and completely reports the work that has occurred, including items of non-conformance
5. Maintain accurate and concise daily reports and project records, including record drawings

Requirements:

1. 3 years of wastewater infrastructure construction or related experience
2. Proficient in email and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) with MS Office, Word, and Excel
3. Industry certification or training in construction management
4. Undergraduate degree or demonstrated equivalency training
5. Proficient with web-based construction document management platforms and emails
