Position: Concierge Agent cum Driver

The Concierge Agent/Driver’s primary responsibility is to ensure the prompt and safe delivery of guest luggage to the apartment/hotel after check in, and the collection of luggage from the apartment/hotel upon guest check out

Responsibilities:

• Valet park cars for hotel guests and visitors to the outlets within the hotel.
• Correctly complete the valet ticket with accurate information.
• Prompt and secure delivery, storage and collection of guest luggage, along with proper ticketing to avoid confusion.
• Provide accurate information to guests about the city.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the city and events.
