Job Description
The Communications Officer will provide administrative support to the team (and external parties as directed) and action accordingly in line with Expo standards

Responsibilities:

• Administrative support to the team (and external parties as directed) and action accordingly in line with Expo standards
• Schedule and organise meetings, events and maintain agendas
• Gathering calendar information across the organization and sharing to relevant individuals supporting with preparing the weekly media calendar
• Produce and maintain Powerpoint, Word and Excel templates for use by the Communications team
• Collating media contacts and maintaining a database of media for press release distribution

Requirements:

• 2+ years in a coordinator level office management
• A bachelor’s degree within a relevant field
• Experience delivering high quality services within an office environment
• Experience supporting a team in an administrative capacity
