Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for financial management of projects
2. Preparation of reports and recommendations
3. Negotiating and agreeing contracts, variations and amendments
4. General duties under Contract Administration, letter writing for dept
5. Participate as member of various advisory committees

Requirements:

1. Bachelors of Degree in Engineering
2. Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors
3. +25 years experience in the construction industry of which +15 overseas (7 in UAE)
4. Broad knowledge of railway engineering
5. Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing
6. improving, and streamlining complex work processes Computer-literate performer with extensive software proficiency covering wide variety of applications
