Job Description
Transguard Group is currently recruiting for a Commercial Director to join the team and be based out of our headquarters in DAFZA, Dubai The Commercial Director’s primary function is to improve, and both protect and drive, the profitability of the business by identifying risk and reward from new business opportunities, with both customers and the supply chain, right through the pre and post contract lifecycle

Responsibilities:

• Drive risk mitigation and fulfilment of client opportunities, driving profitability through support of business development activities: drafting, negotiation and closure of contracts, followed by dispute avoidance and resolution activity.
• Ownership of key projects, particularly tier one customers and new service lines, while focusing on wider projects through the Commercial team
• Provide leadership and expertise to internal stakeholders, supporting and facilitating business development and supply chain activities, in order to deliver sustainable profitable growth
