Position: Junior Purchasing Controller
London, United Kingdom
Ensure purchase plan for their relevant product division. Ensuring purchases are placed accurately and in accordance with the Supply Chain timeline The ongoing management and monitoring of purchase orders. Responsible for collaborating with internal departments as well as Regional and International Supply Chain teams
Responsibilities:
- Preparation and control of Purchase Planning Meeting
- Manage negotiation process with International Supply ~Chain teams
- Providing Purchase Plan summary
- Investigate supply deviations and take corrective action
- Creating and maintaining availability systems
Requirements:
- Proven relevant experience in a supply/planning and purchasing environment
- Educated to degree level in relevant experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of supply chain and purchase order process
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel – Vlookups, Pivot Tables)
