Responsibilities:

• Manage each hotel, with hands on approach to the day-to-day operations.
• Motivate and engage talent to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and maximize operating results ensuring the teams secure the best reputation, market share and profit margins.
• Manage the operations of the hotel in order to maximize profitability and to ensure superior guest service and product quality.
• You will actively seek new business and ways of optimizing profit.
• Search and identify new business opportunities and build up long-term business relations.
