Position: Club Manager, Ling Ling
We are looking for a highly motivated Club Manager that can bring all of this to life. Working with the mixology team to the service colleagues and hostesses, you will be the person that brings all these elements together, to create one the most talked about bar experiences.
Responsibilities:
- The Lounge manager is responsible for the overall operation, ensuring a consistent and outstanding guest experience.
- The bar manager will manage all areas of bar service within the space, including but not limited to, training, motivating and retention of the team, food and beverage costs, labor cost, P&L responsibility, staffing plans, safety, and hygiene, all whilst adhering to all company policies and procedures and brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum of 5 years’ experience within Hospitality preferably in the Mediterranean, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role.
- The successful candidate will be someone with high energy and a positive approach towards building working relationships and overcoming complex challenges.
- They will be results driven and confident in their ability to change and adapt themselves as well as their team to work towards common goals.
