Position: Client Experience Officer
The Client Services Officer works within the team of the Medical Director to provide hospital level Clinical Governance administration of complaints, incidents and medico-legal cases. This individual would work sensitively to close complaints and lead to resolution of such incidents and to liaise with the corporate governance team where this is not possible.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate complaints, incidents and medicolegal cases.
• Communicate directly with complainants and resolve issues
• Investigate incidents that are dealt with in the Medical Director’s office

Requirements:

• Clinical background of Medicine, Nursing or an allied field to degree level as a minimum
• Must have at least two years of relevant experience or a similar role demonstrating abilities required in the post
• Previously worked within a healthcare or professional services environment
