Position: Cleans Equipment Supervisor

Responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of equipment engineering technicians who are involved in the wafer fabrication process. Schedules resources, develops staff, tracks metrics, and prepares reports and presentations regarding progress toward production goals. Ensures safety, quality, and productivity of staff

Responsibilities:

• Follows and enforces company policies and department ground rules
• Creates work schedules and monitors employee attendance
• Reads and analyzes charts, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and evaluate outputs
• Monitors performance metrics, identifies positive and negative fluctuations, and escalates to appropriate parties if deviations occur
• Utilizes fab-specific software in the promotion, development, and monitoring of automated systems
