Position: Claims Handler
The Claims Handler will play an essential role in the UK Fleet & Maintenance function, ensuring timely management of end-to-end claims cycles amongst our customers. They will be crucial in driving up vehicle utilisation,.
Responsibilities:
- Collecting and recording accurate details from customers, examining damage and assessing liability in reported vehicle incidents/accidents
- Reporting claims to insurers and ensuring case case information is accurate and complete
- Managing multiple ongoing claims at different stages of the claim lifecycle
- Liaising with our Customer Success team on statuses and outcomes for prompt communication with customers
- Developing & strengthening relationships with third party claims handlers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in insurance claims management highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong negotiation, questioning and decision-making skills
- Good attention to detail with ability to ensure quality and completeness in data collected
- Ability to leverage internal software to monitor performance & execute against organisational goals.
