Position: Change Specialist, dnata Airport Operations
The Change Specialist is responsible for facilitating business readiness for organisational change initiatives through the application of change management tools and methods. In this role, you will support employees of the business unit through changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, ways of working, and culture.

Responsibilities:

• Plan – Collaborate with the dnata AO leadership team to translate the strategic vision into a programme of activities and initiatives,
• Understand the plan for annual organisational change plan across the business to enable a single consistent communication message,
• Ensure continuous development of self by embracing new procedures, technologies and processes that support change,
