Position: Boutique Manager – Yas Mall
Reporting to the Middle-East & India F&B Retail Manager, you will be responsible of the growth of your business, leading the team, developing clients loyalty while ensuring compliance with the Brand’s business strategy and image.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate vision, strategy and clear direction to retail staff
• Motivate and retain the boutique team members
• Supervise the organisation and the team efficiency, monitor objectives, encourage team work, share knowledge and expertise

Requirements:

• Support the sales team on the shop floor
• Strongly encourage the team to manage, use and develop the clients database
• Put in place strong CRM and clienteling action plans at boutique level to engage and retain clients
