Position: Cargo Liaison Executive 

  • Specify to the Ground Handling Agent (GHA) build instructions for all EK flights, and monitor to ensure adequate resources are provided and all EK Sky Cargo requirements are met for Manchester Line flights.
  • Liaise with EK Passenger Services and Airlines load control (whether this is a local based GHA or DXB CLC) to maximize use of available space for Cargo in order to maximize revenue for Manchester Line Flights.
  • Ensure the correct Export documentation is produced to satisfy flight safety and HM Customs.
  • Ensure complete and accurate data capture is completed in NGSC and that flights have been verified and departed in a timely manner.

  • Thorough knowledge and experience of Cargo Operations
  • Knowledge of Dangerous Goods regulations and weight and balance procedures
  • Hands-on experience performing 4-eye duties on freighters
  • Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications including Excel and SITA IV
