Job Description
Drive around assigned areas to monitor bike stations

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct a general inspection of bikes out in the field to ensure bikes are in good working order, including: checking brakes, wheels and tyre pressure
2. Identify bikes which are not working and return them to the warehouse mechanics for fixing
3. Troubleshoot performance issues of the station and coordinate with the supervisor to ensure all stations are live
4. Monitor station capacity and direct helpers to rebalance bikes ensuring even distribution across stations within the assigned area
5. Train the field helpers

Requirements:

1. UAE driving license (clean) / Manual
2. Good level of English, and communication skills
3. Good technical knowledge of bikes and tools
4. Able to use mobile applications to monitor stations and record maintenance
5. Minimum 1 year driving experience, preferably in Dubai
6. Possesses at technical background for a minimum of 1 year
