Job Description
The Campaign Manager is part of the Regional Client team and plays a key role in the implementation of our Client Relations strategy, aiming at enriching the overall client experience, driving client acquisition, and loyalty She/He is an expert in digital marketing automation and analytics and is pivotal to the transformation of our Client Activation activities.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and localization of the client activation calendar for regional and market campaigns
• Own the end-to-end implementation of multi-channel campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Work with region/market Client teams to identify campaign targeting and create segmentations and data extensions accordingly
• Closely monitor performance of all client activation actions and identify opportunities to improve performance 

Requirements:

• Master’s degree from a Business School preferred
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly Marketing Cloud
• 3+ years’ experience in CRM with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ideally for a Premium Retailer
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist” is a must with solid practical experience
