Position: Call Center Agent
- Answer inbound calls as well as assist customers who have specific inquires.
- Professionally handle the customer call as per the company standard.
- Accurately logging the customer call in CAFM system.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Route calls to appropriate resource.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Prepare reports on customer calls & circulate aging reports to the Execution Team.
- Report the trend to the senior Executive.
- Validating the service report from the execution team & closing the service request logged in the CAFM.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication or Equivalent/
Diploma in Customer Relation
- 2-3 Years of experience • Language Proficiency
- Knowledge of handling call centre equipment
