Position: CAFM Specialist
Abu Dhabi, UAE
The CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) Specialist will support and assist the helpdesk manager and CAFM engineer in delivering the CAFM services, projects to multiple clients served from Central Helpdesk.
Key accountabilities
- Managing all kinds of customer requests to facilitate CAFM functionalities for multiple projects.
- Work closely with the Helpdesk Manager and CAFM Engineer to architech solutions for new projects and bids.
- Interface with IT team of CAFM software company and keep the CAFM system upto speed with latest technologies and upgrades
- Managing all types of configurations for CAFM software.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience as a user of any CAFM application with enhanced technical skills to manage CAFM modification and creation rquests.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Facility Management particulalry in using FSI Concept Evolution System.
- Ideally a degree holder of related qualification.
- Basic knowledge of any of the following programming languages is a plus (C++, .net, Java, HTML, JavaScript, PHP,XML).
