Responsibilities:

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service-ware as prescribed. Ensure glassware, silverware and all other utensils are polished
• Organizes the expo station. Coordinates with chef and kitchen food orders. Assembles table orders and ensures excellence and consistency of presentation. Delivers food orders to table in an efficient manner.

Requirements:

• Any combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Grade school education preferred
• Prior bussing/runner and/or restaurant experience required. Prior hospitality experience preferred
