Job Description
The Business Support Field Engineer will work closely with software developers, designers, and programmers to make sure equipment works smoothly, including inspecting equipment and correcting software defects. Also, the Field Engineer will investigate new technologies and write training manuals

Responsibilities:

1. Validate new software applications from SI or 3rd party
2. Working closely with software developers, designers, programmers, coders, and solidify needed results
3. Detailed but teamwork-oriented; working with Field engineers and Trainer for any technical knowledge
4. Integrate existing software products and get incompatible platforms to work together
5. Continually update technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and external courses, reading manuals and accessing new applications

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
2. Familiarity with modern software architecture and patterns
3. Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL. Postgres, and MongoDB
4. Ability to learn new languages and concepts quickly
5. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving prowess, and comfort with abstract concepts
